Coco Beans, now known as Coco Chanel, has a cool story. A client at my job had adopted miss Coco from a shelter as a senior girl with some vision and hearing loss, as a companion pooch for her small dog Lizzie. Although with good intentions, Lizzie was not the least bit interested in Coco, and the match was not ideal.

I happen to walk into work after my lunch break, and I overheard a conversation about this situation between the lovely woman and my coworker. It turns out that my friend's grandmother had lost her small dog to old age a few months prior, and was looking for a small poodle mix type dog! As soon as I heard the conversation, I stepped in and found out more information.

My friend's grandmother couldn't contain her excitement and the two met shortly after. The two fell in love and it was a match made in heaven!
