Goose was rescued from White Plains when we saw him in pretty rough shape. He was limping really badly on a front leg and luckily we were able to catch him pretty quickly. His front leg was torn up really badly with a bad infection and cellulitis, and he had an abscess behind one of his ears. Some good medical care and a neuter surgery later, and this boy was all healed up and ready for his new life!

Goose was lucky enough to go into a foster home about a week after his injuries were treated! He spent about 2.5 weeks in his foster home with his foster mom Dana, and her family. There, he was able to adjust to home life and get use to a lot of love and attention! He enjoyed watching the birds from the windows, playing with his favorite toys, and getting his face rubbed. He loved cardboard boxes and following his foster mom everywhere!

After a couple of weeks with his foster family, a lovely family with two children came to meet Goose. They fell in love with him right away, and brought him home that same day! He loves being doted upon by his new human siblings, and is living the good life that I hope all of my rescues get the chance to live!
