"N o o d l e"

Noodle & her brother Charlie were rescued from a backyard in Elmsford by someone that had been feeding them. They were rescued when they were about 3.5 months old, and were rescued a few days apart. I wasn't planning on taking in any new rescues at the time, and had no space to take them in. They both went into a close friend's home as a foster situation. Both cuties are sweet but shy at first. Charlie ended up bonding with my friend's other cat, and they've become close friends. My friend adopted Charlie, and we knew Noodle's forever home was out there somewhere. A woman contacted me about Noodle, and we set up a day and time to meet. Lovely woman who lived alone in a quiet, smaller apartment, all things that sounded like Noodle's heaven! They met and the lovely woman took Noodle into her home as a foster-to-adopt. A few months later, and she sealed the deal! Noodle spends her days watching the birds at the bird feeder from the window, and lounging on the couch with her mom, always with a paw touching her mom. It's definitely one of those meant to be pairings. These two are best friends and perfect for each other! I truly believe that Noodle found her perfect forever home, and I'm so happy for her after waiting so long!
