Handsome little Drizzle was rescued with his five other siblings from Mount Kisco, and they were the second litter from poor Momma before we were able to get her caught and spayed. They're little miracles, as we trapped momma cat to get her spayed, not knowing that she had just given birth a few days prior! Once in surgery, my boss said that she just gave birth and I totally panicked. Brand new babies need to nurse every two hours for the first few weeks, and we scoured the woods for hours and hours, multiple days to try to find any sign of babies. I released mom cat super early,  in hopes that by some miracle, someone survived. Many weeks went by, still searching in the woods, and there was no sign of anything. Finally 10 weeks later, 10 week old kittens were spotted! There ended up being six kittens in total, and we were FLOORED that anyone survived, let alone six! We were so happy!

Sweet little short-legged Drizzle thrived in a foster home for about a month before finding his forever home! He's a sweet little guy who gets his confidence from other cats, and was totally smitten with his foster brother! He found his forever home with a confident 8 month old female kitten, and I can't wait for updates on the two of them playing! He so desperately loves his buddies, that I know they'll be besties soon!
