My sweet boy Beemer. This is a sad story, but Beemer and his brother Benz were rescued from behind a construction company site and a spa. I had been trying to rescue this litter for weeks, but first I had to find where their mom was hiding them. Beemer & Benz were rescued in the same kitten trap at the same time, but after a few days, we noticed that something started to seem wrong with Beemer. Kittens decline incredibly quickly, and unfortunately that happened with Beemer. He went downhill so fast, and passed away the very day he started to become lethargic. We were devastated.

It all happened so quickly, the concern became that the culprit was most likely a virus. We kept an incredibly close watch on Benz, and sure enough, Benz started to go downhill less than a week later. We loaded him up on an IV with medications and syringe feeding every couple of hours. I remember how lethargic and sick he looked, and how fast it all happened. I remember sleeping on the couch in the office for two nights with Benz while he was on IV fluids, because I didn't want him to be alone. After ALOT of touch and go, Benz made a full recovery, and it was nothing short of a miracle.

Rest in Peace my sweet Beemer
