"P i p e r"

Little Miss Piper was found curled up, on a friend's front porch, absolutely starving. She was only about four-five weeks old. Interesting plot twist: she was found at the same friend's house that I found Mama and Robbie at one week prior. But she was definitely not Robbie's sibling, as they were many weeks different in age. So her first four weeks will remain a mystery! We never saw anymore kittens by her house, so we'll never know where she came from. But she definitely was a smart girl to park herself on that front porch that day!

She was adorable, with a black coat, bright green eyes, and the cutest white ear tufts. She was a tiny, sassy little thing and we all respected her that much more for that her sass is probably what kept her alive for the time she was alone as a tiny baby. We put her in with Mama for a few weeks, and sweet Mama even allowed Little Piper to pretend nurse on her! Talk about the most adorable thing ever!!!

She spent a few weeks growing and adjusting before finding the perfect forever home in Connecticut! Her new name is Mel, and her new family was smitten with her the moment they met her!
