Venus is one of six of his litter that we themed the "Planet" litter. A woman contacted me saying that her mother had been feeding a friendly adult cat for years, and noticed over the previous months that she had gotten very fat, and suddenly very thin. They assumed she must have had a litter recently, and went on the search for the babies. They found these six cuties underneath her mother's back deck and quickly contacted me asking for help!

 

Once rescued, these cuties blossomed into outgoing little sweethearts, and they were pretty irresistible! Mr. Venus was a little sweetie immediately. Personality wise, he was right in the middle of his group. His temperament wasn't the most outgoing of the group, but not the quietest either. He was a good happy medium! His new family had come in to my vet office where I was keeping them for an appointment for their pet on a weekend when I wasn't there, and called me on Monday to say that they caught a glimpse of the kittens and immediately fell in love, and wanted to adopt Venus!

On another happy note, the woman's mother who was feeding the sweet mom cat ended up keeping the mom cat and had her spayed. So now she has a forever home indoors too!
